Leadership Conference Branding: “Level Up”

As part of Core Spaces’ annual Leadership Conference, I led the development of the Level Up visual identity — a bold, modern system that united over 150 attendees across operations, marketing, and executive leadership.

From concept to execution, I designed a comprehensive brand suite that included digital LED banners, presentation templates, wayfinding signage, swag, event programs, and LinkedIn graphics, ensuring a cohesive experience across every touchpoint.

The system balanced a corporate polish with vibrant, optimistic color and geometry, visually expressing the conference’s theme of professional growth and collaboration. I also presented during the “Level Up Your UX” session, sharing design initiatives and workflow enhancements with the broader leadership team.
