Brand and event identity for the New Here Coffee Rave — from posters and social to a fully branded landing page experience.

To connect with students in a fresh, unexpected way, I concepted and art directed the New Here Coffee Rave — an experiential pop-up event designed to reimagine traditional leasing outreach as a cultural experience.

The identity combined the energy of nightlife with the comfort of coffee culture, creating a bold, tongue-in-cheek concept that resonated with Gen Z audiences. I led creative direction across naming, visual identity, poster art, social campaigns, and a dedicated event landing page — ensuring a cohesive brand experience from first impression to event day.

The result was a high-impact activation that built buzz on campus, drove foot traffic, and positioned Core as an innovator in student engagement.
