Brand and event identity for the New Here Coffee Rave — from posters and social to a fully branded landing page experience.

To support Core Spaces’ marketing team in promoting a student-focused activation, I developed the full event branding and creative direction for the New Here Coffee Rave — an experiential pop-up designed to reimagine traditional leasing outreach as a cultural moment.

The identity fused the energy of nightlife with the warmth of coffee culture, resulting in a playful yet elevated system that connected authentically with Gen Z audiences. My contributions included visual identity design, poster art, social campaigns, and a branded landing page, ensuring the creative translated cohesively across digital, print, and on-site touchpoints.

The result was a bold, high-impact campaign that amplified awareness, drove event RSVPs, and helped position Core Spaces as an innovator in student engagement.
